I could write for years on this question. How about this to start with...?

I heard this great line recently that..

Men generally spend a lot of time side by side doing things but very little time actually sitting face to face talking about what weighs on our minds, hearts and souls.

There are millions reasons why this may be the case, but all that really matters as we create a new healthier masculinity together is that we do something differently.

Here's my open challenge to me and all men... Risk being vulnerable with a close loved one male or female. Share with them. Give them the chance to hold space for you and love you. It'll have many benefits. I'd love to know what they are.

Walk side by side and then brave going deeper and go face to face.

Take care all. We're all Mendable.

@Patrick Hill first and foremost your amazing! secondly I love this. Your so right. Now that we are aware of this we have the power right here, right now to change the narrative of the conversation. Let’s encourage and left our brothers up and begin to dive deep in conversations.

I feel the physical health subject isn’t touched on enough with men, it’s so refreshing to see you all breach that subject and enable others to feel open to speak about it.
