Thanks for sharing this Justin. I remember you sharing this during the week and I remember the title of these actions was "difficult self care actions" or something like that. As I said then, inaction can be much more difficult as we often stay in the problem when we do nothing. Little and often moves the mountain. Taking action is essential in creating and maintaining our health - all aspects of it. Doing what's easy doesn't often lead to growth and health. Doing the hard deep yards is what makes our lives all the richer. Dig deep. Live fully. And you don't have to do any of it alone.
