At Mendable we are committed to do all we can to help support peoples wellbeing.

 

Check out our online support page for our free groups for anyone who wants to attend. You can also listen to the testimonies shared by members of the club. These testimonies are powerful and you may resonate with some of them. 

We know the importance of self-care, which is why we have written Mendable Workshops. These workshops are accredited, and are available for businesses, schools and individuals interested in learning more about self-care. What makes our training unique is that we can utilise our M-Print technology within the training so you can experience real-time exploration of how your body responds to researched tools for self-care.
